App update on Play Store
I am having the following problem, I have an app made in cordova that I published it in the Play Store, this app got some users...
Given the demand remade the application from scratch, using Ionic 3 and uploaded it in the play store with the same subscription changing only the versions so that users receive the update... from this update the following has occurred.
If it is the user's first download, it downloads the new version.. that'S OK!
If the user has the previous version, the update button does not appear for him, and it is necessary to uninstall the application and install again.
Google Play has not sent a notification or is updating the application automatically (for whom it is enabled) and requires uninstallation and installation again.
I'm worried because I'm losing users and the application is signed correctly according to the needs of the Play Store.
