The same Google has a neural network that can describe what is happening on it in the form of a phrase based on a photo.

Google has a service Vision API, which allows, among other things, to find all sorts of objects in the photo, suggest a suitable query, and the like. There you can also check the work by uploading your photo.
The first 1000 requests each month are free. Next - $1.5 for every 1000.
