Can I install Visual Studio 2017 offline?
Hi there is an offline installer I want to put C# only you can do it without the Internet?
Or does the Internet still ask for it?

If C# is in the assembly, then you can. If not, then no. I put it with the of disk normally.

You can use the Web installer to create a local mirror and install it without the Internet. The details are here
