Does the Contact Form 7 plugin send emails to the mail from locahost?
WordPress is installed on Localhost. I use the Contact form 7 plugin on it. When sending a message, an inscription appears that the application was successfully sent, but the email does not arrive. I would like to know: is it a local server? And when you transfer to hosting on the Internet, everything will work?

On Denver (and in general on Windows) there is no phpmail. There is simply nothing to send. There are emulators. Denver writes the letters to the file.
K terminology used: Not "localhost", but "on Windows".
