Error using urllib library

I'm trying to make a simple application Hello World by taking a look at the documentation with the library urllib in order to take a content from a specific site.

I will refine for the content I desire later.

I'm trying to run the following code:

import urllib.request

with urllib.request.urlopen('http://python.org/') as response:
    html = response.read()
