I downloaded a file .deb directly from the official website (Astah community installer) and after completed the download I clicked twice on the file.

The Ubuntu screen Software was opened (as we can see in the image at the end) and I had to install, clicking the button install .

After that, the installation process simply did not close. Other software that I was installing (and that had been started before) worked perfectly, but the Astah Community did not.

The problem that this brought me is that now I can no longer make a upgrade with apt, since I am informed that the astah-community package needs to be reinstalled.

Lendo listas de pacotes... Pronto

Lendo informação de estado... Pronto
E: O pacote astah-community precisa ser reinstalado, mas não foi possível
encontrar um arquivo para o mesmo.

Redo the download of .deb and tried to install again. Only now the process does not even begin anymore.

How do I fix this? For me it's either "finish" the installation of Astah or remove it at once, so that apt works again.

Note: I am using Ubuntu 16.04

I followed the suggestions sent by comments and managed to solve.

I did the installation using sudo dpkg -i pacote.deb and Astah worked perfectly. The interesting thing is that, when doing the installation using this command, I visualized a text (possibly the "contract" of use of the software) that before (by Ubuntu Software) I did not visualize.

After installation, I used sudo apt-get -f install (command that was also suggested to Me By comment) and finished the repairs. Now I can use apt upgrade, which I couldn't do it before.

Thank you very much for the comments / help.
