generating a sitemap for a news site
New to seo, please tell me, there is a website, it has a frequently updated feed of articles, each article has a url like: сайт.ru/detail?id=134 etc. How do I add all this to the sitemap? Add each such url constantly, or is it enough to specify /detail ?

Only absolute (i.e. complete) URLs should be added to the site map. Check it out the following Google statement about this:
General recommendations for Sitemap files
Use the same syntax when specifying the URL. Google will scan them exactly according to the list. For example, if the site is located at https://www.example.com/, don't use URL https://example.com/ (without www) or. /moyastranitsa.html (relative URL).
