Help me make steam authorization via requests in python I don't know how to send requests with a password correctly

I've been trying to find out how to log in to steam through requests requests for a week. I know that Steam sends password requests not in raw form but through encoding but I can't write such a program please help! I used the requests base64 libraries. I know that it is possible through selenium but I do not want to as authorization is long and not convenient! Help with your advice!

Help I do not know how to correctly send the password to log in to the steam account via requests if I send password as it is the login does not happen and how to make a hex password for the login I do not know!
