How do I add a button in Visual Studio 2013?
Where are these panels to drag the button, click on it and write the code, as in the good old basic 6.0?
Oh, this basic 6.0. They haven't come up with a better program yet...

Visual Studio can work with four different languages + each has several types of projects. Depending on the project, the studio has different tools. Therefore, specify what you are going to work with.
By the method of scientific poke and deduction, I believe the Visual Basic language .NET and the Windows Forms Application project? Then so: View -> Toolbox (ctrl+alt+x)
