How do I automatically add myself to a copy in Outlook 2013?

There is MS Outlook 2013 (English). How do I make sure that for any email I send, my address is automatically added to a copy or a hidden copy?

PS: I Googled something with screenshots for 2010, but I can't find the necessary items in 2013.

  1. Feed: Home → Rules (in the Move section).
  2. Manage Rules & Alerts...
  3. E-mail Rules → New Rule...
  4. Section Start from blank rule → Apply rule on messages I send
  5. Select condition(s) step - don't mark anything
  6. Confirm your wish to apply to all
  7. Step Select action (s) → Cc the message to people or public group
  8. At the bottom, click the link people or public group and add yourself
  9. Select exceptions step - nothing happens mark
  10. Step Finish rule setup-set the name of the rule
  11. Finish
