How do I restore the Windows 10 bootloader (installation on an M. 2 SSD)?

This is the first time in my life that I've spent so much time installing Windows.
What did you do:

I pulled out all the disks from the stemnik except for the Samsung 970 Evo series 250GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 V-NAND TLC (MZ-V7E250BW)
My motherboard is MSI Z170A-G43 Plus (MS-7970)

Windows marked up the disk during installation, everything seemed to go as always, then rebooted and gave me:

B1initializelibrary failed 0xc000000e

I understand that this error is related to the bootloader, I tried to restore it , but to no avail, maybe there is not enough experience. First, using standard Windows tools, then fixmbr, fixboot (fixbot issued access denied), Googling gave an understanding that there are no boot files at all in the hidden partition , then I made diskpart list disk and then I did not understand anything at all,

You can only see the disk itself and the flash drive , why there are no additional partitions on the disk is not at all clear, I went again in the Windows installation, there is so:
