Everything turns out to be simple. After forming the route, the link "open in maps" appears at the bottom left. When you click on it, you will be prompted to install the Yandex Maps application, where you can navigate along this route. And if you check the box "open routes in Yandex navigator" in the map settings, the route is immediately transmitted to Yandex navigator
