How to open folder in windows through a link in HTML?

Folders are opened through the browser. I would like them to open their own Windows folders.

Open the HTML file with Internet Explorer. This causes a Windows Explorer window to open. You can choose another extension for the file (eg .HTM) and set for Internet Explorer to open as default.
