How to record a speech at a conference
I saw on YouTube speeches from IT conferences, where at the same time there is a presentation of the speaker and the speaker himself in the frame. Example: https://youtu.be/zWTEo8RJtMo I want to know:
- How is this done?
- Is there any automation tool for this?
- How are the presentation slides synchronized with the speaker's video?
As well as any experience in this field, including the necessary equipment.

I advise you to pay attention to http://createwebinar.com The user-friendly interface is attached to BigBlueButton. There are 3 types of webinars: open to all; closed-according to the list; and with confirmation. You can create a contact list for quick alerts. You can view the past webinar online or download a video file to your computer. All the basic features are free. Cyrillic texts are allowed, for mobile devices on iOS - HTML5.
There are many services for webinars, such as clickmeeting, adobe connect, bigbluebutton, etc. Most of them allow you to make a record. You can conduct a speech using them - for one thing, and the problem with broadcasting to the network will be solved.
Or, we record a video of the speech, take the presentation and in any video editor we mount it all together as you need
