How to share a URL or image directly on Instagram?

How It's done on Facebook: 

http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u=<?php echo MINHA_URL;?>

And on Twitter: 

https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=<?php echo TEXTO.' '.MINHA_URL?>

I walked searching this site, but I did not understand how to make a direct link from the url of the site.

Also saw this example here, but I don't know how to use it without being through wordpress.
