improve this questionI am using WAMP to run a local server and sometimes I want to show my projects to some friends, I have already configured port 80 on the router with my IPV4 and everything else. When I do the port tests on some site says that the port is open but blocked, and when I disable the Firewall works normal, but I will not leave the Firewall disabled.
I Use Windows 8

Open a port in the Windows Firewall
In this case it would be necessary to open a port in the Windows firewall:
- swipe from the right edge of the screen, tap Search (or, if you are using a mouse, point to the upper right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down and click Search), type firewall in the search box and tap or click Firewall Windows.
- Tap or click advanced settings . Be possible that you will receive a request to provide an administrator password or to confirm your Choose.
- in the Windows Firewall dialog box with advanced security , in the left pane, tap or click input Rules, and in the left pane, tap or click right, tap or click New Rule .
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
The rule in this case would be to release the port 80 , if you have kept the default of the Apache.
