Getting such an error may be due to the fact that there are no necessary permissions.

In order to get them, you need to do the following:

  1. Click the RMB on the registry item for which you want to get permissions.

  1. In the window that appears, click Дополнительно.

  2. Next, Владелец, select Администраторов, Заменить владельца... and we agree.

  1. In the first window, we put checkboxes for Администраторов, agree.
