I want to install Visual studio 2013 from scratch with the removal of 2008-2015. the first time I do this, so there is no concept. Help, pliiiz, on dotted lines)) 64-bit OS

Not quite clear what does 2008-2015 mean, do you have 2 versions of the studio installed-2008 and 2015? You can remove visual studio by running the installer with your version and you will be prompted to remove or restore it.If there is no installer(you can download it), you can try to delete it through the task manager, but there may still be some directories (you can delete them manually-they are in the documents in the folder with the name of your version of the studio). download link for Visual Studio 2013 Microsoft Visual Studio 2013
