Importing data to the bitrix data block from csv
I import the entries to the info block from a csv file.
Entries are added, everything works except for one moment. In the info block there are sections for records, I try to add records by sections by assigning the columns IC_GROUP0 and IC_GROUP1 the name of the corresponding sections.
But the records still fall into the info block, without assigning a section.
How do I still upload records for the sections of the info block?

For the info block section, the "Character Code" field was marked mandatory. After unchecking that the field is required, the records will be divided into sections.
