Installing components.NET Framework 4.5

To install SharedPoint Server 2013 on Windows 7, you need to perform a few simple steps (according to instructions).

One of the steps is to install some components of .NET Framework 4.5/WCF, but I do not have a similar item in "Windows Features" ( .NET Framework 4.5 installed).
