Invalid ssl certificate when accessing by mobile browsers

I set up ssl certificates on Amazon's EC2 server for the company websites where I work and on the desktop it looked perfect. But when accessing by mobile the https turns red and the browser informs that the certificate is invalid. This issue does not occur on desktop. Has anyone been through something similar and know how to inform me why this occurs?

In chrome for example appears:

YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE NET:: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

After several searches, I found that the certificate purchased and signed by the rapdssl certifying entity is not compatible with mobile devices. Rapdssl itself informs and sells only GeoTrust with a license to use the same digital certificate for unlimited servers at no additional cost and compatible with mobile devices. That is, I have to exchange the current certificate to be signed by GeoTrust. Only then will it have valid recognition on devices mobile.
