Lags the video in Google Chrome

I have Elementary OS Juno 5.0 installed, based on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

Problem: After installing Google Chrome, when playing videos on sites, lags began to appear, namely, the display simply freezes on one picture, on one frame, although the sound in the headphones continues to play.

But this problem disappears as soon as I move the cursor, and you need to keep moving the cursor, otherwise the lag appears again.

Notes: I have noticed that many have faced the same problem. I was advised to turn off hardware acceleration in the chrome://flags tab, but it didn't help. I also have all the video codecs and Flash Player installed.

I don't think this is a problem with Elementary OS or even Ubuntu, but rather it has something to do with Chrome.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Updates: I recently noticed that these lags they appear not only when playing videos, but also on sites without videos; whether it is some kind of animation, or just scrolling (for example, an anchor link). Well, it is possible that this happens even when there is nothing interactive on the site (for example, just an article), you will not see it because it is lagging or not: p So, the problem is definitely in Chrome..

The problem disappeared after making a small correction to the file /usr/share/applications/google-chrome.desktop for Google Chrome and /usr/share/applications/сhromium-browser.desktop for Chromium Browser.

Solution: I added 2 parameters --disable-gpu-driver-bug-workarounds --enable-native-gpu-memory-buffers to the string Exec=...
