No drivers are installed for the device. (Code 28) This operation requires an interactive window terminal

While updating the iPhone via iTunes, I disconnected the cable and put the phone in Recovery Mode, after which iTunes stopped seeing the iPhone.

Through the Windows Device Manager, I tried to update (remove) the driver.

Apple Mobile Device (Recovery Mode), Apple Recovery (iBoot) USB driver for iPhone on Windows 10 is not installed and gives an error:

No drivers are installed for the device. (Code 28) This operation requires an interactive window the terminal.

ITunes reinstalled twice (can't see iPhone).

How can I install the drivers?

Unzipped the installation package iTunes6464Setup.exe,

Launched AppleMobileDeviceSupport6464. msi, drivers installed,

ITunes updated iPhone successfully and exited Recovery Mode
