On a laptop, the keyboard does not work when installing ubuntu on virtualbox

Given: Samsung laptop, Windows 7, wireless mouse (works), VirtualBox-6.1.4-136177-Russian Russian Win, ubuntu-18.04.4-desktop-amd64 (Russian).

Problem: The cursor is not placed in the form to be filled in at the last stage of the installation. The keyboard does not react in any way when installing ubuntu on virtualbox.

What's done: I went through itet looking for an answer. I connected a wired mouse with USB, a keyboard with USB. Changed the places in the BIOS USB Legacy to disabled and back. Enabled Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-6.1.4 in VirtualBox. It didn't help.

What else has been done: In the settings, I applied all the options for the cursor manipulator with the options for controllers. I tried the option of specifying the English version instead of the Russian one. Instead of a laptop On the computer, I tried to install it, it hangs, it does not even allow me to reach the last stage of installation.
