Option to Hyper-V Manager for Windows 10 Home

Whenever I needed to access virtual machines on the Hyper-V Server I used hyper-V manager. However, hyper-V manager is not available for Home versions of Windows.

Is there an alternative, without using hyper-V manager, to access the virtualization server with Hyper-v?

After chatting with friends who access virtual machines on Hyper-V Server from Linux distributions, and some research, I was introduced to Hypy. An application made in Python, which works perfectly to access virtual machines on Hyper-V Server without the need to use Hyper-V manager.
