Registration Desabled when getting Instagram Access Token
You need to get an Instagram Access Token. I do everything according to the instructions https://ru.epicstars.com/kak-poluchit-access-token-instagram/
However, in step 6, there should be a Register a New Client. And Registration Desabled is output. Maybe you need to make certain profile settings?
