Remote procedure call failed. [0x800706be]

After installing SQL Server 2008 R2, I access SQL Server Management Studio but the server name does not appear and in SQL Server Configuration Manager the services are not active. insert the description of the image here

This issue is related to an incomplete update that did not update all the components needed to run one or more SQL Server services.

Install the latest SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack to fix this issue.
