Service for getting the name of a locality by its coordinates

There is a longitude and latitude, tell me the most convenient service, so that in the end I get the name of the locality of these coordinates.

I write for Windows Phone. the service was convenient for this purpose http://msrmaps.com/terraservice2.asmx but it doesn't work :(

Haven't you looked at the Google Geocoding API? With Reverse Geocoding, you can easily get information about a locality by coordinates. Even the address is approximate. Responses can be received in both JSON and XML.
