Symfony - installation problems in Windows 8
I am trying to install Symfony on Windows 8, but I get the Windows message that "this application cannot run on your PC".
This occurs when, through the CLI, I try the Command symfony generate:project symfony_project inside the path C:\wamp\www\symfony_project
The idea is to install in WAMP, and I'm following the tutorials of the links:

- http://www.about-dev.com/symfony/35-how-to-install-symfony-in-a-wamp-server-project-and-make-it-work (in this case I tried to use Composer as well, but the message is the same).
Be A Version issue? Or is there another way to install?
