System startup issue with Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD

There is such a configuration:

  • ASUS P8Z77 VLX
  • INTEL I7 3770K
  • KINGSTON 16GB 1600 HIPER-X BLUE 2-CHANEL
  • ADAPTER PCIe for M.2
  • SAMSUNG V-NAND SSD 970 EVO PLUS
  • HDD TOSHIBA 2000GB.

Support for the Z77 chipset ended in 2015, for this reason, we had to modify the BIOS, and flash it through the programmer. After these manipulations, the BIOS saw a solid-state drive, but legacy installation was not possible. As a result, WIN 10 PRO was installed on HDD and cloned Samsung Data Migration from Samsung. The Boot bios has a UEFI ROM "SAMSUNG V-NAND SSD 970 EVO PLUS ROM". The system booted up, the speed pleased even on the old hardware-the load is about 2.73 seconds. PROBLEM: If we overload the PC from Windows everything works fine, but if we shut down, then click the power button of the PC does not start - only after the PC is completely de - energized-that is, we pull the plug out of the socket. When booting from HDD, this problem does not exist, only if we shut down the system running from SSD.
