The bios does not load the bootable flash drive after windows 10

The problem is this: after installing windows 10, the bios refuses to load the bootable flash drive. I've been using windows 7 for a year now, but I remember that I made the transition from win 10 -> win 7 via the console (I formatted the hard disk, and then...).

I tried to Google the problem - in the bios, I turned off\turned on UEFI Boot - to no avail. When I try to load the flash drive, it gives a black screen, and after 10-15 seconds I already see the win 7 welcome window. Yes, when I load the flash drive, the logo with the download disappears win 7. In the bios, there is no option Secure Boot or similar.

I tried to download the same flash drive on another computer - everything works.

In the BIOS, in the boot section, you need to set the parameter:

"OS Mode Selection" on "UEFI and Legacy OS"
