The computer sees the video card but does not use it?

After the next turn on of the PC, there was a noise of the cooler, at first I thought it was a proc cooler, but then I realized that the video card is not used by the computer and the entire load goes to the percentage, I throw off the screen. The video card seems to work, but going into the game, they began to slow down. What do the guys have thoughts about?

That's right - you have an integrated card in the motherboard and an external NVIDIA - you can determine with the right mouse button which card will be used both by specific programs and in the system as a whole.
