The Pop distribution doesn't start! OS, after attempting to update the nVidia driver

I decided to start switching to Linux, and my friend advised me to Pop! _OS, which I realized is almost a copy of Ubuntu. We spent a day with him setting up the distribution kit, installing Cinnamon, registering everything, and started downloading programs, but the day ended, and I continued to install everything at home. As a result, I learned that there is a cs go for Linux. I installed it, but it lagged something, so I decided to install proprietary drivers. I have two video cards: Intel and NVidia geforce 820m (laptop). So I also wanted to install Bumblebee, which makes the video cards work when they need to (Intel-just work, NVIDIA-games). Then, when I restarted the computer, I had a startup hang on the Started GNOME Display Manager. I in Linux in general almost do not understand anything, so explain in more detail pliz. What should I do: reinstall Linux, or is there still a chance to get everything back?

I tried to do it for several hours through recovery mode, as a result, I started it, and there you can only write in the Russian layout. I sat for another hour, and finally found a way to write using Alt+NumPad. So you can write different characters, including English letters. I suffered for another half hour and did everything. How difficult it is.
