Another question about MODX Revo. I needed a comment system on the site and installed the tickets 1.9.4 plugin last. Along with it, Jevix was installed (when installing "tickets" , the choice was offered to overwrite the ticket Chunks, xs why and why, but chose not to overwrite anything). I set up access to the ticket in the" access control " to the users group (previously created). Everything is OK, I output the tickets in the template like this

But, the form itself appears comment, leave a comment, click the "write" button, the page reloads (should or should not Ajax work out) and there is no comment, it is also not in the admin panel. In the Internet I read that almost everyone has such a problem, someone knows how to cure it?
I didn't notice any errors, jquery library is connected at the bottom of the site, I tried it in head, and disabling it doesn't help. The Ticket itself does not add any js file (it seems, at least not the library).

In general, I did not find the answer to my question. Moreover, a lot of people have the same problems with this plugin, but no one gave an answer or no one figured it out. I did not suffer further, I deleted it to hell and there were errors in the system, all the resources were deleted and a lot of hemorrhoids, thank God that there was a backup. In general, put this component at your discretion.
