Visual Studio 2013 does not install on windows 7
I can not install Visual Studio 2013 on Windows 7, I know it is possible because in college we have Visual Studio installed on Windows 7. So I don't know why he complains about the Windows version.

Is most likely missing Service Pack 1 in Windows 7, or it could be another update of it. You have to make sure everything is up to date. See in the Link presented more details if this is not the problem, but probably is.
It also talks about updating IE, already to 11. It doesn't leave a machine with old things like this.
Enable Windows Update for sure the problem is this to enable Windows Upadate in Windows 7 if you do not know:
Control Panel > Windows Update > Change settings > install updates automatically (recommended).
Update IE to 10 or 11 (depending on what is requested by the installation). Because I've been through it, and when I updated IE. It worked.
