I would like to know how I can program an application in Ruby on Rails in Portuguese instead of English. There are basically ... in Portuguese? (For example: Usuario instead from User) How do I change the routes from /edit to /editar and /new to /novo?

For child programming with English words can hinder a little to understand well what everything is and does. I grew up with the Dutch Superlogue. Are there such things in Portuguese?
