Switching the keyboard layout in Ubuntu 17.10

After upgrading to Ubuntu 17.10, switching the layout by keyboard shortcut Super stopped working + Space. More or less works on Ctrl + Shift, but not everywhere. When you log in, you have to use the mouse switch. How to fix it?
