W3C seal for my websites
Good Night.
When chatting with friends, they told me that it would be interesting to put the W3C validation stamp on the sit ... d at Bootstrap.
My question Is This: Is this seal really important? If positive, shouldn't I use Bootstrap or any Framework?
What are the http-equiv="Pragma" and http-equiv="Cache-Control"targets for?
I am using the W3C validator in an old project and it has identified some errors in the following goals:

<meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache, no-store">
What is their actual functionality? Are they still used?
