Updates cannot be installed on Windows Server 2012 r2. The update is downloaded, installed, and requires a server reboot, but after the reboot, the server does not boot normally. It turns out to boot only in maintenance mode and roll back to the previous state.

Solved the problem. In fact, it was just necessary to look at the error that the system gives when loading. The error was like this: kmode_exception_not_handled (aksdf.sys). This is the Sentinel hardware key driver that was not used. I just deleted this file and all mentions in the registry about it.
